5.2 These conditions of use are governed by Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is not applicable.

6. Severability clause

6.1 Should any of the clauses of these conditions of use prove legally unenforceable, in full or in part, now or in the future, this shall not affect the legal validity of the other clauses. This applies even if there is a loophole in the regulations.
